Policy Overview

By booking a session with me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.



Booking and Payment

Full payment is required at booking, and your date is not secured until payment is received.

For weddings, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date, with the remaining balance due before the wedding day.

Rescheduling

You're allowed one reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice. The session must take place within 60 days of the original date. Rescheduling with less than 72 hours' notice is considered a cancellation, and your retainer will be forfeited. A second reschedule will require a new retainer.

Cancellations and No-Shows

If you cancel, your retainer is non-refundable.

Arriving 15+ minutes late or failing to show up will be considered a no-show. Your session will be canceled, and your retainer will be forfeited. To rebook after a no-show or cancellation, a $25 booking fee will apply.

Gallery Delivery and Storage

Once your gallery is delivered, please download and save your photos to your device or a secure location as soon as possible. Galleries remain active for 30 days after delivery. Please download and back up your images promptly, as I cannot guarantee recovery once they are removed from my system.

Revisions, Reshoots, and Re-edits:

I do not offer re-edits, revisions, or reshoots unless there is a technical malfunction that limits my ability to deliver the quality images I strive for. My goal is to ensure every session provides the highest standard of work from the start, but if any technical issues arise, I will work with you to ensure the best possible outcome.

Props and Outfits

Props are welcome and encouraged! Feel free to bring items that make your session unique and personal to you. Outfits play a big role in how your photos turn out, so if you’re unsure, I’m happy to help you choose what works best!

Weather

Outdoor sessions are subject to weather conditions. If bad weather is expected, I’ll reach out to reschedule or adjust the session plan.

Turnaround Time

Editing and delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks. I strive to deliver galleries as quickly as possible while maintaining my editing quality.

Communication

If I am unable to reach you within 3 hours before your scheduled session time, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the session. Clear communication is crucial to ensure the best experience for everyone involved!

Social Media & Marketing

I love showcasing my work! By booking a session, you agree that I may use your images for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise discussed.

Copyright & Usage Rights

I retain the copyright to all images. Clients receive personal usage rights but may not alter, edit, or sell the images without permission. RAW or unedited images will not be provided.
